Baoji News (Reporter Yuanhua Sun) - Recently, the Weibin District People's Procuratorate of Baoji City lawfully approved the arrest of Jiang Yin, who was suspected of committing the crime of destroying computer information systems. In March and April this year, Jiang attacked more than 60 websites in China, including several government department websites. Jiang is also the first suspect in Baoji City to be arrested for涉嫌破坏计算机信息系统罪 (suspected destruction of computer information systems).

In March and April this year, the official websites of many domestic enterprises and some agency websites were hacked and damaged by a hacker who left messages bragging or protesting. After media attention was drawn to the issue, the hacker even attacked the official website of that media outlet. Following the incident, the Cybersecurity Brigade of the Baoji Public Security Bureau adopted technical investigative measures and conducted round-the-clock online surveillance on the hacker known as "Xiaoyinxia." On April 20, the hacker "Xiaoyinxia" was apprehended by police while using the internet at an internet cafe in Baoji City.

Upon investigation, it was revealed that the hacker's real name is Jiang Yin, 21 years old, and he is a current student at a technical school. At the time, he was interning at a hospital in Baoji. He admitted that he learned hacking techniques online in 2009 and began attempting network attacks, exploiting network vulnerabilities to infiltrate multiple websites, deleting and modifying files to disrupt the normal operation of these websites.
