The spring plowing and sowing season is approaching. In order to protect farmers' legitimate rights and interests, starting from the middle of March, the agricultural machinery department of Laixi City in Qingdao has launched a Spring Agricultural Machinery Anti-counterfeiting and Protecting Farmers Golden Shield Operation across the city, including a series of rotary blade stubble cutters.
According to the introduction, this year's Spring Agricultural Machinery Anti-counterfeiting and Protecting Farmers Golden Shield Operation focuses on investigating four types of illegal acts: First, investigating the production and sale of agricultural machinery products without obtaining or forging the "Production License", approval number, and quality certification; Second, investigating the production and sale of agricultural machinery products without product quality standards; Third, investigating the forgery of origin or impersonating others' factory names and addresses; Fourth, investigating the illegal assembly of agricultural machinery and those who engage in agricultural machinery sales and repair without relevant licenses.
During the operation period, the municipal agricultural machinery department will carry out trust-worthy agricultural machinery promotion activities to rural areas, organizing honest agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises and star-rated civilized agricultural machinery sales enterprises to send high-quality branded agricultural machinery and spare parts to villages. Combined with the Golden Shield Operation, they will conduct a comprehensive inspection of the agricultural machinery market within the city, severely cracking down on overreach operations, production and sale of counterfeit and inferior agricultural machinery and spare parts that harm farmers, fully maintaining the order of the agricultural machinery market. Currently, the city has inspected and sampled more than 20 models of agricultural machinery products and spare parts from six agricultural machinery operating enterprises including Haotu Agricultural Machinery Company, with a qualification rate reaching 98%, effectively purifying the agricultural machinery market.
In addition, the city also regards enhancing farmers' scientific and technological awareness as the main focus of this year's spring plowing preparation. The Municipal Agricultural Machinery Bureau has organized technical personnel to participate in the spring plowing preparation work, targeting farmers' needs for agricultural machinery, using the idle time before spring plowing for technical training. They have already held more than ten technical training classes on protective tillage, deep loosening and land preparation, and agricultural machinery use and maintenance, training more than 20,000 farmer technicians, and distributing more than 20,000 leaflets on protective tillage and deep loosening and land preparation, greatly stimulating farmers' enthusiasm for learning and applying science and technology.
The city's agricultural machinery department has also conducted a detailed survey and calculation of the quantity of agricultural machinery needed for spring agricultural production, purchasing agricultural machinery products through multiple channels to ensure supply.
