In accordance with the arrangements and requirements of the municipal government, Xuzhou Agricultural Machinery Bureau conscientiously implemented the spirit of the State Council Document No. 23 and the Provincial Government Document No. 136, and carried out a special operation to severely crack down on illegal and unlawful business operations and construction behaviors affecting agricultural machinery production safety. Based on realistic conditions, the bureau formulated the "Special Operation Implementation Plan for Severely Cracking Down on Illegal and Unlawful Business Operations and Construction Behaviors Affecting Agricultural Machinery Production Safety by Xuzhou Agricultural Machinery Bureau". This plan aims to genuinely address weak links and prominent issues impacting the safety of agricultural machinery production, severely crack down on counterfeit and substandard agricultural machinery products, and seriously investigate violations such as unlicensed driving, unauthorized carrying of passengers, illegal assembly, modification, and illegal production of oversized agricultural machinery. The goal is to purify the agricultural machinery equipment market, comprehensively promote the implementation of agricultural machinery production safety responsibility systems and accountability systems, establish long-term mechanisms for hidden danger investigation and major hazard source monitoring in agricultural machinery production safety, further strengthen the supervision and management of agricultural machinery production safety, resolutely prevent the occurrence of major agricultural machinery accidents, ensure people's lives and property safety, and promote the continuous and stable improvement of the agricultural machinery production safety situation.
