This involves setting the torque of the spring to just enough to open the door gently, which prevents the door from violently snapping open when it's being opened, avoiding injury to the operator and reducing noise. However, due to the small margin of error, if there is any slight deviation during installation, it may cause wear between components, leading to the fault of the door not opening smoothly.
When repairing, simply apply a little engine oil on the springs and rotating shafts located on both inside and outside of the large and small doors of the inner drum of the washing machine, and this will enable the door to open automatically and smoothly.
