**Title: Skyworth Inverter Air Conditioner - Outdoor Unit Does Not Start**
**Fault Phenomenon:** The user reported that the outdoor unit of the air conditioner did not start, and the indoor unit was working but not cooling. After receiving the repair information, the service personnel went to the site and checked that the fault was due to a damaged computer board in the outdoor unit. After replacing it for the user, the air conditioner worked normally when turned on. However, after two days, the user called again to report the same fault. The service personnel found that the computer board was still damaged after checking again. After replacing it, the user used it for one day before reporting the same fault again. The repair center was stuck in a difficult situation and requested technical support.
**Cause Analysis:** Through the analysis of the calls from the repair center, the damaged part of the computer board was identified as the switch power supply section. The reasons were: 1) The user's power supply issue caused large voltage fluctuations; 2) There was a poor connection in the air conditioner's power supply. On-site inspection revealed that the white wire at the outdoor unit's terminal block was loose and showed signs of burning. This confirmed the reason why the computer board kept getting damaged.
**Handling Measures:** Replace the outdoor unit computer board and terminal block. Test the machine, which then worked normally.
**Conclusion:** The occurrence of this phenomenon clearly reflects the carelessness of the repair personnel and their failure to conduct a ten-point general inspection after repairs. We hope everyone strictly follows the repair process during maintenance and does not take it lightly.
