Han is 35 years old this year and is from Jiangjin District. The truck he drove has a license plate number of Yu B48519. At around 9:40 PM on the evening of August 13th, at the Yurong toll station law enforcement checkpoint on the Chengyu Expressway, team members Hu Zhao and Zhang Yong of the First Brigade of the Municipal Highway Law Enforcement Corps were conducting routine inspections of passing vehicles. It was found that the truck driven by Han was engaged in oversized transportation and did not have reflective stickers as required, so they immediately issued a notice of illegal acts.
