Previously, local authorities reported that Shi Jian and the girl he had conflicts with were friends. At around 5 p.m. on February 7, after drinking alcohol, Shi Jian and his cousin Hu Chaolin and Zhang Hao went to find the girl for some fun. During this time, they had a verbal disagreement, and Shi Jian proceeded to beat the girl.
