"Cool Art" - CulArt is the name this designer gave to his new phone design. As for whether it's really cool? That's probably up to personal opinion. The phone does look quite artistic though. The front panel is a touchscreen, and the back has edges similar to that of a stone, which is pretty nice. Besides the usual phone functions like calling and camera, it also comes with a bluetooth remote control. However, this remote control is designed in a rather unique way. It feels like a power strip to me. As for whether it's useful or not, we'll have to wait until it hits the market.
