Dr. Zhang Yuanjun from the Department of General Surgery of the People’s Hospital of Shiqian County told reporters that Chen Chaogun had been injured in the left abdomen, with a three-centimeter perforation in the large intestine, but he was now out of danger.
According to reports, on February 14, due to a dispute over the price of selling pigs, Chen Chaogun got into an argument with his wife Wu Jilian and slapped her in anger. At this moment, his sister-in-law Wu Jin'e who was visiting grabbed his clothes, and the three of them started fighting.
Subsequently, feeling that she and her sister had suffered a loss, Wu Jin'e called her family for reinforcements. More than ten minutes later, two brothers from Wu Jin'e's family, namely Wu Jinsun and Wu Jinming, who were also Wu Jilian's younger brothers, rushed to their brother-in-law's house. Captain Huang Fei of the Criminal Investigation Brigade of the Public Security Bureau of Shiqian County told reporters that after the case occurred, the county's 110 and criminal investigation team police immediately rushed to the scene, where Chen Chaoxuan was already dead. Currently, the suspect Wu Jinming has been criminally detained by the police according to law, and the case is still under further investigation.
