Representative Wu Yong believes that the west line of Hainan Island does not lack beautiful scenic spots, and there are authentic local products such as mangoes, cashews, coffee, etc., which are specialties of Hainan. The reason why the west line tour has become neglected is mainly due to the poor alignment between the quality of products provided by the entire western region and the market.
Representative Wu Yong suggests that the provincial government should quickly start the west line tourism of Hainan, assigning the tourism authority to take the lead, forming a team of experts and scholars in the field of tourism, to design the route of the west line tourism, develop and package the scenic spots, and consciously formulate supportive policies.
