Ever since he set the goal of surpassing heaven, he started to work hard again. The result was extremely exhausting, with little progress, and he was getting further and further away from heaven. As he kept practicing, he gradually developed anxiety and depression. After becoming ill, not only could he forget about surpassing heaven or roses, but even being a superhero was impossible for him. He couldn't control his own emotions and often felt inexplicably upset and anxious.

One day, seeing the pig lying peacefully on the grass basking in the sun, he admired it greatly and went forward to seek advice on the secret of happiness. The pig said something to him that made him very inspired. Super Pickles decided to take the pig as his master and learn the secrets of happiness and joy from him.

If Super Pickles wanted to take someone else as his master, people usually have their own skills. But now, if Super Pickles takes the pig as his master, what skills does this pig have? Apart from eating and sleeping, what else can he do? Of course, pigs have one use - their name can be used to insult others. But is this useful for Super Pickles?

After saying all this, these are just our understandings. Let's see how Super Pickles understands it.

Super Pickles thought: Although pigs are greedy and lazy, they have a good temper and personality. People say: personality is destiny. Since pigs have a good personality, their destiny isn't bad either. Although they only live for one or two years, during this time, pigs don't have to guard homes like dogs at night, or dig for food in the ground like chickens every day, or build nests by carrying mud like swallows. They also don't need to worry about clothing, food, housing, and transportation like us humans. Pigs can eat without worry, wear without concern, and live without trouble. Therefore, they are plump and have a face resembling Buddha. Moreover, pigs have a good mindset; they never compare themselves with others. Even if you kick them a few times, they will only grunt a little, unlike dogs that will definitely jump up and bite you back when you kick them. The only flaw of pigs is that they live too short a life. However, although life is short, there is no regret.

All the above advantages of pigs are secondary. What is crucial is the words the pig said one day, which greatly impressed Super Pickles.

That day, the pig was lying on the grass, basking in the sun while stretching out its voice to Super Pickles: "Super Pickles, have you seen humans? They are very capable. They can fly in the sky like birds and dive into the deep sea like fish. They can eat all of us animals and even flatten mountains and fill up seas. But so what? They can do anything, but they aren't as happy as me, the pig. Look at how capable they are, but actually, they are quite pitiful because they don't know. When they think, God laughs. And yet they claim they want to fight against heaven and earth. As a result, everyone's life is filled with tears, setbacks, and pain. Everyone is pursuing happiness and joy, but for most people, happiness and joy are often visible but unattainable. They don't know that the more they chase after happiness, the more happiness drifts away from them like soap bubbles. Because they always set 'me' and 'what I want' as goals, they rush towards it regardless of everything. Countless people keep rushing forward towards the happiness they define, just like moths rushing towards fire and getting burned. They become exhausted and full of scars, then blame heaven for being unfair and complain about how hard it is to be human. They never wake up and realize that the happiness they are chasing is merely soap bubbles disguised as happiness, not real happiness. They always think they are smart and intelligent, they trust themselves so much, so God often laughs watching them trip over themselves."

Because of these words from the pig, Super Pickles insisted on taking the pig as his master.

After becoming the disciple, the pig began to teach him: "The heart must be calm, desires must be few, and contentment is a treasure." And let him repeat it continuously. Meanwhile, the pig made Super Pickles practice yoga, Tai Chi, and other slow exercises.

After practicing for some time, seeing Super Pickles slowly stabilize and gradually forget about surpassing heaven and roses, the pig taught him: "Life is a dream, all things are empty. If you truly understand, let your mind be clear like the wind."

When Super Pickles became calm and stopped being troubled by external matters, the pig taught him: "No self, no self, no self, no self." And told him that reaching the state of "no self" is a very high realm. Ordinary people are always thinking about 'me', all troubles and laughter are related to 'me'. Their minds are always considering human affairs and their own matters, so it's difficult for them to reach the state of "no self". Therefore, if a person can reach the state of "no self", they transcend humanity and get closer to heaven.

At the beginning of reaching "no self", Super Pickles felt lost, unable to find himself or even roses. But gradually, he entered the state of "no self". At this point, Super Pickles often forgot his own existence and the existence of the world. This brought him to another world, a transparent and beautiful world where the sky was bluer, the water clearer, everything was serene, without any noise or greed. He existed like a wisp of smoke or a gentle breeze.

He felt that he had truly begun to enter the realm of a superhero.

Then, the pig taught him: "Transcend self, transcend self, transcend self, transcend self." After transcending the self instead of heaven, Super Pickles changed again. He started to perceive the beauty of the world but still forgot his own existence. This made him unconsciously do many things that benefited society and nature without expecting any return. Although there was no return, he felt extremely free and happy, floating like a speck of dust between heaven and earth. He could wander in ancient Greece five thousand years ago or travel through modern China.

At this point, Super Pickles was no longer just Super Pickles, but the true Super Pickles, the snail seeking happiness.

Super Pickles was very grateful to his mentor, Mr. Pig, considering him the embodiment of wisdom and virtue.

Since then, some of his descendants stopped eating pork.
