I saw a friend's space and found this one pretty good, I need to learn well.

If can't learn, then try to simulate as much as possible. Believe that after becoming a habit, I will be a good guide!

One: Joy

(1) Do not reveal your emotions casually.

(2) Do not tell everyone about your difficulties and sufferings.

(3) Think for yourself before asking others' opinions, but do not speak first.

(4) Do not complain about your dissatisfaction every time you get a chance.

(5) Make important decisions in consultation with others as much as possible, it is best to announce the next day.

(6) Speak without any panic, walk also.

Two: Careful

(1) Often think about the cause and effect of events happening around you.

(2) For problems in implementation that are not fully addressed, dig out their fundamental key.

(3) For common ways of doing things, have suggestions for improvement or optimization.

(4) Develop habits of being organized and systematic in whatever you do.

(5) Often find a few faults or flaws that others cannot see.

(6) You must always be ready to fill in the gaps where there are deficiencies.

Three: Courage

(1) Do not often use sentences lacking confidence.

(2) Do not regret frequently and easily overturn already decided matters.

(3) When everyone is arguing endlessly, do not lack an opinion.

(4) When the overall atmosphere is low, you should be optimistic and positive.

(5) Do everything with care, because someone is watching you.

(6) When things are not going smoothly, take a breath, seek a new breakthrough, and if it has to end, do so cleanly and neatly.

Four: Generosity

(1) Do not deliberately turn potential partners into opponents.

(2) Do not quibble over others' small mistakes and errors.

(3) Be generous with money, learn the three types of giving (material giving, dharma giving, fearless giving).

(4) Do not have arrogance of power and prejudice of knowledge.

(5) All results and achievements should be shared with others.

(6) When sacrifice or contribution is necessary, step forward.

Five: Integrity

(1) Do not say things you cannot achieve, if you said, strive to achieve them.

(2) Do not often hang empty slogans or mottos on your mouth.

(3) Regarding issues of dishonesty raised by customers, propose improvement measures.

(4) End all immoral means.

(5) Playing petty smart tricks is unacceptable!

(6) Calculate the integrity value of products or services, that is the brand cost.

Six: Responsibility

(1) When checking any error, start from yourself or your own people.

(2) After the matter is over, review the errors first, then list the merits.

(3) Acknowledge mistakes starting from the superior, give credit starting from the subordinate.

(4) Start a plan, clearly define responsibilities first, and allocate appropriately.

(5) Be clear when speaking to people or organizations who are afraid of trouble.

(6) Losses caused by daring to take responsibility should be borne by the company.
