An Alternative Photoshop Method to Process Photos into Watercolor Effects

Processing Steps:

1. Open an image in Photoshop, copy a layer using Ctrl+J, then use Shift+Ctrl+L for auto levels adjustment (it's a good habit to do so).

2. Create a new Layer 2 and fill it with neutral gray. (What is neutral gray? If you're not familiar with it, no worries! You can try these values: R:128, G:128, B:128.)

3. Select the History Art Brush Tool (Can't find the tool? No problem, just check your toolbar), set the brush size to 5, and start painting on the newly created neutral gray Layer 2. See what magical effects you can discover!
