PS: The data can be modified. It can also be changed to look like the image below... the latest addition. The one below was inspired by Yang's image! Also, this image has an effect similar to SINSUO.

Let’s begin... Open the original image: Duplicate the original image (which will serve as the background) and name it "Background Copy". Refer to Figure 1.

2: Use the Lasso Tool (or any other tool) to select the face and hair into two separate layers. Before using the lasso, apply a 10-pixel feathering (you can adjust the number of pixels according to your preference; I used 10). Refer to Figure 2.

3: Apply skin smoothing to the "Background Copy". You should be familiar with the Topaz Image Processor that Teacher Biscuit mentioned earlier (it can enhance image clarity and blur effects), but if you have other plugins that can achieve skin smoothing, those will work too. The result is shown in Figure 3.
