Create a Smoky Makeup Non-Mainstream Beauty Style

Steps:

1. Open the original image and adjust the curve (adjust appropriately if you think the image is too dark).

2. Create a new layer and apply blush to the girl (the color can be fdc2c9, then click the brush in the toolbar, set various properties, choose a soft brush with 100 pixels, adjust the main diameter size as needed, set hardness to 0, and click on the girl's face). Use a soft-edged brush for the blush layer.

Filter -- Blur -- Gaussian Blur -- 20. Adjust the transparency of the layer according to your preference to adjust the intensity of the blush effect.

3. Apply lip gloss to the girl by creating a new layer with a custom color. Use a soft-edged brush to apply it on the girl's lips and set the layer blending mode to "Color".

4. For the smoky makeup, use an eye socket brush (if you don't have a soft-edged brush, you can also outline around the eyes).

The color is, of course, black. After painting, use Filter -- Blur -- Gaussian Blur -- 3.0. Merge all layers.

5. Save the image and open it in Magic Photo Editor. Apply the following effects: Reverse, Negative, and Old Photo. Choose these 3 effects.

Finally, use a soft light mirror (can also be done in PS but it's more troublesome).
