In order to earnestly implement the Ministry of Health's "100-day special inspection campaign with the patient at the center and improving medical service quality as the theme", on the afternoon of March 24, 2009, the Nursing Department held a "100-day nursing safety theory knowledge competition" at the hospital staff club. Various departments actively signed up, with 22 clinical teams participating in the competition. The competition content included emergency knowledge, basic nursing, specialized knowledge, and emergency response plans for nursing-related unexpected incidents. There were five types of questions: individual mandatory answers, group mandatory answers, group written connection questions, and risk questions. After more than two hours of fierce competition and extra time, the Endocrinology Department team stood out and won the first prize; the Intensive Care Unit, Hematology Internal Medicine, and Orthopedic Chinese Medicine Department won the second prize; the Cardiology Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology Internal Medicine, Oncology, Neurosurgery, General Surgery, and Otorhinolaryngology departments won the third prize.
