In some cemeteries in Fuzhou, the price of a grave can easily reach tens of thousands of yuan, while graves in prime locations with good feng shui are sold at "astronomical prices." The reporter found that not only are these grave prices exorbitantly high, but some of them are also illegally constructed "living person graves." Experts point out that the lack of supervision by relevant authorities is the root cause of the chaos in the "grave speculation" market.

The price of graves is shocking. Mr. Chen, a resident of Fuzhou, has been busy these past few days looking for a resting place for an elderly relative. After making some inquiries, the high-priced graves have shocked him. Mr. Chen told the reporter: "Now, the price of a square meter of grave space has already risen to over ten thousand yuan, much higher than the average price of commercial housing in the city center!"

The reporter randomly investigated the Miaofeng Mountain Cemetery in Jiànxin Town, Cangshan District, and the Lianhua Peak Wanshou Cemetery in Xindian Town, Jinan District. It was discovered that the phenomenon of high-priced speculative trading of graves is very common and on a super-large scale in these two cemeteries.

At the Miaofeng Mountain Cemetery, while leading the reporter to physically inspect pre-sold graves, the staff orally provided a list of grave prices: 1.35 square meters graves start at 19,000 yuan, 2 square meters start at 29,300 yuan, and 3 square meters start at 42,300 yuan. The staff member said: "If you buy now, it will definitely appreciate in value. Ten years ago, the price of graves in Fuzhou was around seven or eight hundred yuan per square meter, two years ago it rose to about 9,000 yuan per square meter, and the current price has risen significantly from two years ago."

Pointing to several rows of graves priced at 70,000 yuan, the staff member told the reporter: "This is the best location and feng shui in the cemetery. If you stand here and look down from the mountain, you can see the entire view of Fuzhou City." From here, the reporter could see several residential buildings under development in Xindian Town, Jinan District, not far away. A large promotional advertisement hanging on the scaffolding of one building revealed that the average price of commercial housing in that area was only around 5,000 yuan per square meter, whereas the average price of graves here was about 15,000 yuan per square meter.

- Office Buildings - Introduction

Currently, there are two popular evaluation standards in the office building market: Class A office buildings and 5A office buildings. So-called Class A office buildings are a commonly used term without a fixed standard because no one wants their building to be called Class B. As a result, almost any office building with glass curtain walls, elevators, and a bit of height calls itself a Class A office building. In comparison, 5A office buildings do have certain standards, similar to the method of hotel star ratings.
