In response to the phenomena of people having difficulty finding the right person to help them with their affairs, as well as issues related to the process of handling these affairs, a "Publicity Booklet on Livelihood Security Policies" has been issued. During the design of this publicity booklet, opinions from a large number of experts were taken into account. The booklet is divided into sections covering rural low-income assistance policies, application and approval procedures for rural low-income benefits, residents' old-age insurance policies, job responsibilities of village-level labor security coordinators, and knowledge about population and family planning reward and assistance policies. It provides detailed answers to the most concerning and challenging questions from the public, such as how to apply for rural low-income assistance, what rights farmers have to be informed, how to apply for hardship assistance, and who qualifies for application.
Some experts believe that such a publicity booklet is very good and suggest that in future designs of livelihood security booklets, more opinions from farmers should be solicited so that society can become more harmonious.
