RGB color and CMYK color are two different color modes.
The RGB color mode is the most basic color mode, so it is an important one. Any image displayed on a computer screen is definitely in RGB mode because the physical structure of monitors follows the RGB principle.
CMYK is also known as the printing color mode, which, as the name suggests, is used for printing.
There is a significant difference between CMYK and RGB:
The RGB mode is a luminous color mode; you can still see the content on the screen even in a dark room.
CMYK, on the other hand, is a reflective color mode. How do we read the content of a newspaper? It’s by sunlight or lamplight shining on the newspaper and then reflecting into our eyes that we see the content.
