Sometimes before an early shift, I'll take time to run and sweat, which makes me feel more energetic and keeps my skin healthier."

Regarding spot removal, Shu Qi has her own method. She says, "I will use professional spot-removal products. While consistently using these products, I ensure I drink enough water daily.
