"Sword and Fairy" Level 45副本 -冥之试炼

Let me briefly explain the level 45 trial dungeon, Trial Cave · Broken Gut Path. It is divided into two dungeons: 幽之试炼 (Yōu's Trial) and 冥之试炼 (Míng's Trial). Similar to the Trial Cave · Soul Destroying Pit, one is a simplified level and the other is a difficult level. Only by passing Yōu's Trial can you gain the qualification to challenge Míng's Trial. The final pet drop from Míng's Trial are the 50-level gear sets for each class. Therefore, Míng's Trial should be the most challenging dungeon in the current version, with high requirements for equipment, operation, and awareness.

Although I have attempted it once or twice before, I was unable to compile it due to time constraints and share it with everyone. Now, I have organized our first-hand data and hope that it will help and inspire players who are about to embark on the journey of Míng's Trial.

The final pet, Abyss Spider Queen, has three skills: [Abyss Fang], [Abyss Bite], and [Toxic Gas Vibration]. [Abyss Fang] is single-target, [Abyss Bite] is an AoE, both causing over 4000 damage. [Toxic Gas Vibration] is a DoT damage. Before fighting the Spider Queen, two crystals must be embedded into the corresponding crystals to remove her protection.

The monsters in the Broken Gut Path dungeon are mainly divided into three types: spiders, vines, and creepers, distributed in clusters. Spiders are further divided into Abyss Black Blood Spider, Abyss Hunting Spider, and Abyss Weaving Spider. For densely packed spider groups, we use the method of kite training Qi, rotating between three swords' Sword Sha techniques to eliminate them one by one, which proved very effective, with me as the bait.

The Mantra Mandala will perform wind-based attacks causing around 2000 damage and a group sleep attack causing 5000 damage. To defeat this pet, the Swordsman needs to properly manage their Sword Gang technique, making it quite manageable if done correctly. The two smaller monsters next to the pet need to be cleared one by one, following the methods mentioned earlier. The Mantra Mandala drops "Demon Crystal", used to destroy the Abyss Spider Queen's Demon Protection. The Power Crystal Vine has a group attack causing 4000 damage; similarly, the Swordsman just needs to manage their Sword Gang well to handle it easily.

In terms of team composition, we had a combination of three swordsmen and one Qi trainer (our guild produces many swordsmen...). There were three swordsmen, one main tank (Nick), two half-DPS-half-healers (Arou and Bullet), and one ranged puller (me at level 45 Qi trainer) (see Figure 1). Each of the three swordsmen activated a different aura, and during the dungeon process, they alternated between Sword Sha and Sword Gang, which proved highly effective.

The Black Blood Spider uses [Black Blood Injection] and [Deadly Poison] skills. The former is similar to the Spirit's energy-consuming skill, reducing maximum stamina by 10% for 30 seconds; the latter is a poison, deducting 100 stamina per second for 30 seconds, spreading like a plague to nearby teammates. The Hunting Spider's skill is [Hunt Kill], reducing movement speed by 50% for 10 seconds. The Weaving Spider has a skill called [Silk Bind], immobilizing for 10 seconds. Generally, the three types of spiders come in groups of one each, with the Black Blood Spider playing a key role in both offense and defense, while the others serve mainly as auxiliary roles. The spider area is also filled with many patrolling spiders, which are important factors in group pulls, so it's necessary to observe the patrol routes before pulling.

Vines belong to the magic system, with high attack but low health, divided into Blood Vines and Crystal Vines. Blood Vines have a single-attack skill causing around 3000 damage; Crystal Vines have [Crystal Energy] and [Mandala Flower Powder] skills, the former causing single-target 3000 damage, the latter causing group sleep for 5 seconds, clearing hatred for sleeping players. Here, the Swordsman needs to use the right timing for Sword Gang to avoid close-range players being put to sleep and attacking range units. Vines are divided into Giant Vines and Crystal Vines. All vines have a [Physical Shield] status, reducing physical damage received by 80%, so using skills for attacks is recommended.

After research and discussion, we chose a dungeon route that clears the least number of monsters, with one path allowing us to bypass some fights, saving a lot of time. This pet also naturally possesses [Physical Shield], requiring a slow grind to defeat. Similar to the previous small pet, the Power Crystal Vine drops "Power Crystal" task items, used to destroy the Abyss Spider Queen's Power Protection.
