Life in this world is both short and bumpy, both an honor and helpless, both rich and poor, both glorious and down-and-out, both strong and fragile, both happy and sad, both joyful and lost, both bright and dim, both kind and ruthless, both热情and冷漠, both miraculous and mundane, both beautiful and bitter, both loving and jealous, both upright and petty, both gain and loss, etc., always intertwining with our life circles in a complementary way.

However, we must understand the seven heart medicines of life: "A good heart brings joy and generosity; a broad heart embraces all; an upright heart shines brightly; a calm heart remains tranquil like water; a contented heart feels at ease; a peaceful heart adapts to circumstances; a sincere heart shows true intentions." Only then can we cure our own "hundreds of ailments" and thus be full of spirit and radiance!

A good heart brings joy and generosity. A kind heart is everyone's innate nature, no need for artificiality or pretense. Being kind means having principles in dealing with people and matters, not always looking on as if it has nothing to do with oneself. Instead, one should willingly take action, which is the "abundant fruit" of practicing kindness daily. Benevolence is a conscious and genuine giving, a natural and sincere expression of emotion, and a selfless act of charity. Getting along harmoniously with others is an approachable reciprocity, following goodness widely spreads great love without borders, and accumulating virtue makes love fill the world beautifully.

A broad heart embraces all. As the saying goes: "A broad mind leads to a healthy body." A person who is often broad-minded will surely have a cheerful face and a smiling countenance every day. Seedlings are not as big as trees, trees are not as big as mountains, mountains are not as big as seas, but seas are not as big as hearts! One should remember to be magnanimous frequently, not always seeking petty gains, not calculating over small profits, and not scheming for temporary promotion and wealth! If everyone deceives each other without yielding, in the end, both sides will be damaged, and others will reap the benefits by sitting on the fence! Therefore, wherever and whenever, one should be magnanimous. Sometimes, "retreating courageously, keeping a distance, and preserving wisdom" is also acceptable. This is a strategy of advancing by retreating, a calmness of intelligence, and a depth of eliminating troubles at the root.

An upright heart shines brightly. An upright heart has no private desires, showing simplicity and integrity. Uprightness is not taking reckless risks but being sincere and humble; it is not cunning coercion but open-hearted help; it is not evil collusion but transparent honesty; it is not intentional deception but deliberate improvement; it is not impulsive deceit but firm maturity.

A calm heart remains tranquil like water. Calmness is the manifestation of peace and composure in life, the comfort of laughing at the clouds, and the transcendence of renewing oneself. A calm heart is not like riding the waves bravely forward but like the stillness of a quiet pond slowly rippling. Thus, those with calm hearts often display profound depth!

A contented heart feels at ease. A contented heart always holds an optimistic upward sentiment, free from any disturbance. Remember this sentence: "As long as one's heart is clear, there will be no storm!" Indeed, a contented heart will sincerely cherish and treasure with joy. Contentment is the eager hope during favorable times, the fervent expectation during abundant harvests, and the passionate anticipation upon returning fully loaded. Contentment is the optimism and understanding of persistence, the tranquility and wisdom of unwavering loyalty.

A peaceful heart adapts to circumstances. Peace of mind comes after achieving ideal results, bringing stability and comfort. However, being content with any situation reflects the greatest essence of satisfaction. As long as one can habitually face all changes, one will gain credibility and reliability, admiration and elegance.

A sincere heart shows true intentions. Sincerity is the best mirror reflecting one's culture, knowledge, taste, personality, character, temperament, upbringing, and cultivation. Without sincerity, one cannot have a place in the space of life. Clearly, sincerity is the most direct way of expressing interpersonal relationships, a solid trust desired by all, and the high moral integrity that people must ultimately pursue.

With the "seven heart medicines of life" always at hand, one possesses miraculous remedies and can always perform wonders. Even if, one's life will more so follow the saying "nothing in the world is difficult for one who sets his mind to it," leading to a smooth and prosperous path...
