How similar the logo of Mars English is to that of VeryCD

I discovered the Mars logo in the first half of last year, when I saw it on an advertising board on Fuzhou Road in Shanghai. I thought it was pretty interesting at the time, so I took note of it and then checked out the Mars website. The more I looked at them, the more they seemed alike: both have a red Earth in the background, and in the foreground, one is an M with split legs and the other is a V with outstretched arms, and the colors of the letters are also very similar.
