Blogger: Release my blogger beta template

I'm releasing a template I created during the time I used Blogger Beta. Two demos are provided: "Tiao Bo Li Jian" and "Live Frontline Information." This template uses a three-column structure, with column widths customizable according to personal needs. It already includes some commonly used hacks, such as article summaries and bookmarking functions. The header uses a background image that can be modified or even replaced with none if you prefer.
