Lushan Viewpoint (TV Tower 30) is the best place to enjoy the night view of Dalian; then you can go west along Victory Road to Xinghai Square (there is an open-air dance party before 9 pm, and Xinghai National Treasure Fountain after 9 pm), People's Square (the fountain at night is especially charming), and Friendship Square.
