The bride (Uma Thurman) was once a member of the Deadly Viper Assassination Squad (D.I.V.A.S), and attempted to leave her bloody life behind by getting married. However, her plans are ruined by the arrival of her former colleagues (played by Daryl Hannah, Lucy Liu, Vivica A. Fox, Michael Madsen, among others), and their boss Bill (David Carradine). "Bill," the bride pleads, "I'm pregnant with your child." The response she receives is the sound of a gunshot! Five years later, she awakens in a hospital and immediately begins a journey of revenge from Texas to Okinawa, Beijing, and Mexico, slaughtering countless numbers for one goal. "When I reach my destination, I will kill Bill."
