The usually bustling North Wu City Beach appears deserted, except for a lone teenager - Zhou Yihuo, who sits by himself on the beach. He is talking through a machine to his dolphin friend, Kimmy, complaining because his parents will not let him attend the grand celebration due to a mistake he made.
