"Human-Computer Interface (HCI)" in the field of computer information technology refers to the hardware and software related to computers that serve as a channel or bridge for communication and interaction between users and computers. Since human-computer interaction emphasizes user needs, it is also known as "User Interface," highlighting user orientation (User-Oriented) and user-centeredness (User-Centered). In the e-commerce environment, the user interface serves as the interactive channel between businesses and their customers. Rayport and Jaworski proposed the 7Cs model in 2001, which is primarily used to analyze the customer interface in e-commerce. It suggests that the customer interface of an online store should focus on ease of use and customer satisfaction. Therefore, the success of a website design depends on its ability to integrate customer needs with the services provided by the company. Below are the seven elements of the 7Cs framework for website interfaces:

The design and presentation of website content must meet both functional and aesthetic requirements. Functionality means presenting website content in an organized way so that users can navigate effectively.
