There is a strong color contrast between the sidebar and the content part of the template; a bright background is used for the main text section. Therefore, even though it’s a two-column template, it can still focus the attention on the blog posts. It’s not hard to see the effort the author put into being concise and simple.

The ISSUE TAG at the top seems to be a feature of V1.1.1. According to the author, users can freely choose and input it.

The method is as follows:

Modify line 21 of 'skin.html'. Remove the comment part (which is not displayed) ``, and enter the TAG name within the brackets. If you need to include spaces in the TAG, use '%20' instead of spaces in the a href="~" brackets (TAG).
