Method to Shrink an Oversized Sweater
Wool sweaters, after being worn for a long time, can become loose and baggy, which not only makes them ill-fitting but also affects their appearance. To restore them to their original shape, you can press the sweater with hot water, with the water temperature ideally between 70-80℃. If the water is too hot, the sweater may shrink excessively. If the cuffs or hem of the sweater have lost their elasticity, you can soak these parts in hot water at 40-50℃ for 1-2 hours, then take them out and air dry. Their elasticity will be restored.
