**Wool Fabric**

- **Advantages**: Soft and elastic texture, gentle and natural luster, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing to wear, feels high-end, good moisture absorption, poor heat conduction, excellent warmth retention, wrinkle resistance, especially after garment processing and ironing, it has good pleat formation and garment shape retention.

- **Disadvantages**: Not alkali-resistant, shrinks easily, prone to wrinkling.

- **Precautions**: Washing temperature should not be too high, avoid vigorous scrubbing and wringing, prevent direct sunlight exposure.

- **Ironing Tips**: Use wet ironing method, iron the fabric from the reverse side until dry.

**Wool-Polyester Fabric**

- **Definition**: A fabric made from wool and polyester blended yarns. It is the most common type of blended wool fabric currently available. The typical ratio of wool to polyester is 45:55, which retains the advantages of wool while leveraging the strengths of polyester.

- **Cotton Fabric**

- **Advantages**: Strong moisture absorption, good dyeing properties, soft texture, comfortable to wear, simple appearance, resistant to moth damage, durable.

- **Disadvantages**: High shrinkage rate, poor elasticity, prone to wrinkling, poor clothing shape retention, susceptible to mold, may experience slight fading, not acid-resistant.

- **Precautions**: During storage, use, and preservation of clothing and cotton fabrics, prevent dampness and mold; avoid prolonged sun exposure, air-dry with the inside out, do not soak for extended periods, do not wring out, keep dry and mold-free, and air-dry in the shade.

- **Ironing Tips**: Low or medium temperature ironing; when using medium temperature, place a dry cloth over the garment to avoid shine.

**100% Cotton Mercerized Fabric**

- **Advantages**: After treatment with high-concentration caustic soda (burnt hair), the fabric becomes smooth and glossy with vibrant colors and silk-like luster, providing comfort when worn.

- **Disadvantages**: Slight fading may occur.

- **Precautions**: Similar to those for 100% cotton fabric.

- **Term Explanation**: Mercerization is a traditional processing technique for cotton fabrics. It uses fine (high-count) cotton fabric treated with high-concentration caustic soda to make it smooth and give it a silk-like sheen. Then, it is finished with high-quality softeners for a lightweight, smooth, and comfortable feel. Our company produces fully mercerized single T-shirts (treated once with burnt hair and alkali) and double-mercerized T-shirts (treated twice with burnt hair and alkali).

**T/C Fabric (Polyester/Cotton)**

- **Fabric Process**: Made by weaving fine or ultra-fine polyester fibers with high-count combed cotton (40s, 60s, 80s, etc.).

- **Advantages**: The fabric has a crisp, smooth texture with bright colors, firm elasticity, good moisture absorption and breathability, a clean surface, and some water-repellent properties.

- **Care Instructions**: Wash in water below 30°C, soaking time should not exceed 30 minutes, no chlorine bleaching, no direct sunlight drying, no wringing, no tumble drying, suitable for air-drying in the shade. Also, pay attention to preventing dampness.

- **Ironing Tips**: Do not dry clean, use low-temperature steam ironing at 110°C.
