Plot Summary:
The Crystal Lake Campground has been the site of several murders in the past. A teenage couple was killed, and a boy named Jason drowned. Now, after many years, the owner plans to reopen the campground and hire new staff. Alice, Ned, Marcie, Jack, Tina, and Bill are hired as counselors, and Annie is hired as the cook. Despite warnings from locals, Annie insists on taking the job and is murdered while traveling through the woods to reach the camp. The owner leaves for the city on business, instructing everyone to prepare the camp. That night, a storm hits, and a series of terrifying murders begin to occur in different locations...
