Plot Summary:
"Half Paradise" tells the story of how middle-aged people face emotional crises and grow step by step within their marriages. Chen Xiaoning and Huang Dongqing were a couple admired by all during university, planning to get married upon graduation. An Jingwen was Chen Xiaoning's good friend who secretly liked Huang Dongqing. Due to An Jingwen's deliberate scheming, Chen and Huang had misunderstandings and broke up. Not long after breaking up with Huang Dongqing, Chen Xiaoning discovered she was pregnant with his child.
