Synopsis of Non-Combat Special Attack Team:

The long-lasting turmoil in the Frost Republic has left deep scars across the empire. The sudden ceasefire brought about hunger, disease, and marauding soldiers that ravaged the land... The devastation of both territory and spirit made the "scourge of war" even more severe. To address this concern, the Imperial Army decided to establish the Third Department of Military Intelligence, tasked with post-war reconstruction. Three years after the ceasefire agreement known as the "Treaty on Thin Ice," various tangible and intangible obstacles began to surface, preventing the Third Department from completing its mission of post-war recovery. Not only were they buried under mountains of meaningless paperwork, but their inability to curb the dissatisfaction of the citizens led them to be mocked as the "Excuse (Propaganda) Unit" every day. However, despite all this, they still aimed to complete their mission when one day, a man offered to help them. He was a burly ex-soldier with immense strength, capable of wielding a heavy single-shot pistol in one hand...
