Film Synopsis:

Jackie Chan self-directed, self-written, and starred in this film, which tells the story of the rampant pirates in Hong Kong at the beginning of the 20th century. The authorities formed a special police team to be responsible for maritime security. Captain Ma Ruolong learned that the wicked merchant Zhou Yongling was colluding with the bad guys.
