Introduction:
In the Ming Dynasty, Crown Prince Zhu Xiaotian (played by Leon Jay Williams) is passionate about carpentry and dreams of becoming a top-notch carpenter like Lu Ban. To fulfill this wish, he secretly leaves the palace to search for Lu Ban's lost woodcraft masterpiece, "The Lu Ban Book." Legend has it that whoever possesses this book will either lose morality, intelligence, limbs, or even their life; in short, either they will suffer misfortune or their family will be affected. Therefore, this book is also called "The Missing One."
During his search for the book, Zhu Xiaotian meets Tang Xiaodie (played by Yi Huang), a civilian woman, and follows her to find her master, Jiang Nanghe, who is a descendant of the Lu family and has been imprisoned by the owner of Gan Gui Shop (played by Fang Xiting) and a bartender (played by Li Yu).
