Plot Summary:

Park Mansoo has lived an honest and virtuous life, but on an ordinary day in his mundane existence, he suddenly feels that living with his wife is meaningless and asks for a divorce. In one day, everything changes for Mansoo as he grows extremely weary of the rule-abiding life he's led. When he sees a sign on the wall next to him saying "No Urination," in defiance, he decides to do the prohibited act - urinate in public. Unfortunately, this wall belongs to a police station, and Mansoo is arrested as a caught-in-the-act offender.

On the other hand, Yang Jegun lives a carefree life but has been committing petty crimes to pay for his sick mother’s hospital fees. A frequent visitor to the reformatory, Jegun arrives at the police station with his own box, intending to scam food and drinks. However, due to the arrest of a public urination offender, he isn't given much attention. For Jegun, who must stay at the station today, the competition with Mansoo seems unavoidable, leading to commotion in the otherwise ordinary police station.

Mansoo, experiencing his first time at the station, and regular visitor Jegun are interrogated by Officer Ma Dong-chul, who remains bitter about being demoted from the serious crimes unit. During the investigation, influenced by Jegun, Mansoo attempts to escape, angering Officer Ma, who decides to detain them by putting them in the police car. Desperate to return home, Mansoo moves around in the car, causing it to overturn. As a result, Mansoo and Jegun accidentally escape, still handcuffed. While searching for keys on Officer Ma, they also inadvertently take his gun, beginning their escape together...

What started as a minor offense of public urination escalates as the two decide to unleash their pent-up frustration with society by doing everything forbidden. Meanwhile, Officer Ma, having lost his gun, gathers reinforcements and starts a pursuit of these two "serious criminals"...
