Due to the immense profits from drug trafficking, various gangs vie for control over territory, aiming to dominate the market. This leads to frequent conflicts, filled with bloodshed and violence, eventually leaving only two major players: Sheng Ji and Twelve K. Officer Xia infiltrates Sheng Ji under a false identity. Through his outstanding performance during gang warfare, he earns a place at the core of the organization and meets the leader of Sheng Ji, Brother Jun. Brother Jun highly appreciates Xia, allowing him access to critical information about drug transactions.
