Synopsis:
The year is 2312.
It has been four years since the final battle between Celestial Being and the United Nations Forces. The Earth Federation Government, in an effort to unify humanity and establish a single nation, has organized an independent security maintenance force called "A-Laws" in addition to the regular Federation military. In reality, however, this force carries out inhumane suppression of anti-government forces and ideologies under the guise of unification.
Saji Crossroad, who embarked on the path of space technology to realize his dream and keep the promise he made to Louise, finds himself inevitably drawn into the Federation Government's reform efforts.
On the other hand, Setsuna F. Seiei, who survived the final battle four years ago, along with Celestial Being, continues to seek ways to change the world's future. He dreams of one day overthrowing the observer A-Ladis to create a peaceful world without war. However, what he sees now is a false peace enforced by "A-Laws" and distorted truths. Setsuna resolves to once again engage in battle alongside the Gundams, which possess the power to change the world.
In a world that is once again in turmoil, where will the paths of Setsuna and Saji lead?
