Hefei starts construction of the "second bird's nest"

The above picture is the renderings of Hefei International Science & Technology Innovation Exhibition Hall which officially started construction on January 1, 2009. Some people said it was very similar to the Bird's Nest, and even described it as "the second Birds' Nest". However, it looked more like a pile of twigs from afar.
