User experience design of Tencent QQ

Mou Tang, manager of Tencent Design Center/Design Director and Yan Chen, Usability Director introduced the innovative design environment at Tencent, the design process of innovative products, and the application of UCD at Tencent. Through on-site group discussion and practice, they gave a vivid lesson to Internet professionals on the application of UCD when designing for massive amount of users.
