Offset paper is a major type of printing paper, especially for book and journal printing, where its usage constitutes a considerable proportion. Due to the nature of offset paper, newly produced paper that has not been stored for a certain period of time (currently, most print jobs involve custom paper production, made on demand and used immediately) may still be physically and chemically unstable when used for printing. This can lead to various issues that directly affect print quality and even result in a large amount of waste. Therefore, pre-print processing of the paper to enhance its printability is an important step. To prevent potential problems, offset paper requires the following treatment before printing. By treating the paper as needed and using it immediately after treatment, not only will there be no accumulation of paper, but the waste and loss of paper can also be reduced to a minimum.
