Anta Group is a Sino-foreign joint venture comprehensive sports goods group co., LTD., consisting of Anta (Fujian) Footwear Co., LTD., Beijing Anta Oriental Sports Goods Co., LTD., Anta (Hong Kong) International Investment Company and Anta Footwear Plant. The predecessor of the group company, Anta (Fujian) Footwear Co., LTD., was established in 1991 and is located in Chen Dian Town, Jinjiang City, Fujian Province, one of the three major shoe capitals in China. In more than ten years, adhering to the business philosophy of "peaceful entrepreneurship and down-to-earth", with the passion of creating Chinese national industry brands, through the unremitting efforts of all Anta people, Anta Group has developed from a regional sport shoe production enterprise into a national marketing-oriented comprehensive sports goods enterprise group. At present, Anta Group has more than 5000 employees, and the factory building area reaches more than 120000 square meters. All six modern production lines are fully computerized, producing more than 5 million pairs (sets) of various leisure sport shoes every year. Meanwhile, the statistical data of the All-China Commercial Federation and the National Business Information Center show that Anta sport shoes ranked first in market share among similar products nationwide for three consecutive years from 1999 to 2001, and have become a fashionable sport brand loved and pursued by many consumers, especially young people. In 2002, it won the first "China Famous Brand" in the private enterprise category of sports shoes in the Chinese sports goods industry.
