At first, I thought it was a promotional sticker for a fitness center. Later, after a Google search, I found out that PowerBar is actually a kind of professional sports food (how ignorant I am). It's similar to Snickers, a high-calorie food that claims to replenish your energy. Now it makes sense why the stickers are always placed near power outlets; it's originally meant for people to replenish their energy.
