I would like to apply for the position of head coach of the Chinese Men's National Football Team. I have 100% confidence in leading the Chinese team to bring the FIFA World Cup Trophy back to China by 2010.
Based on the current state of Chinese football, I have designed a complete set of tactical plays for the Chinese national football team, which can be briefly referred to as "the Ring within a Ring Method."
Let us forget about formations like 4-3-3 or 4-4-2 and other such boring numbers. From now on, there will only be one geometric shape on the football field: the ring.
For China to break out of Asia, my strategy is that, apart from the goalkeeper, the other 10 players should form a circle by linking arms together. Among them, two players with accurate shooting skills face the center of the circle, while the others face outward. After setting up this formation, the goalkeeper throws the ball into the ring using a hand pass, and then the entire ring begins to slowly move towards the opponent's goal. The opponents will definitely be at a loss because they won't be able to clearly see who has possession of the ball and who doesn’t. Upon contact, they are bound to commit a foul. When the ring moves to within 1 meter of the opponent's goal, the player closest to the goal spreads his legs, creating an opening, and then one of the two shooters facing the center suddenly shoots, with an accuracy rate that should exceed 99%.
Although this formation moves slowly, scoring 10 to 20 goals in 90 minutes should still be possible!
This is just the first level of the "Ring within a Ring Method." If the opponent is a second-tier team like Japan or South Korea, securing all three points should not be a problem. However, if we encounter top-tier teams like Brazil or Argentina, changes in the formation will be necessary. These changes are as follows: divide the 10 players into two groups. One option is to form a 4-player ring and a 6-player ring, with the 6-player ring encircling the 4-player ring, thus doubling the defensive strength and making it even more unbreakable. Another option is to form two independent 5-player rings, alternating their advance. As long as the players' legs are thick enough, the opposing team will not know which 5-player ring contains the ball, making it impossible to defend against! Combining these two tactics, defeating Brazil will be a small matter.
My set of tactics is absolutely effective and powerful. As long as it is used with intent, the time of ball possession on the field can absolutely reach over 80%, so the technical statistics at the end can also show that the Chinese team is undoubtedly strong!
Of course, it is possible for the opponent to break through this set of tactics, and there are two ways to do so: First, all players line up in a straight line to block the goal. Second, the opposing team, including the goalkeeper, forms an 11-player large ring that encircles our ring. In such cases, the score on the field would be 0:0, and each game would earn one point. This should still ensure that China qualifies for the World Cup, which is certainly better than the current situation!
