The secret of Chinese health preservation is a life goal for which generations have strived, yet most have returned empty-handed. How should one exactly preserve their health? Are ancient health preservation methods suitable for modern people? These questions are probably unclear to many who pursue health preservation, or they haven't fully understood them. Among a heap of vague concepts, those who blindly imitate are either preserving their health or harming it. This question similarly hasn't been thought about by too many people, or they haven't fully comprehended it. For this reason, how should we critically inherit ancient health preservation methods?
