Yu Jiajing, female, from Taixing, Jiangsu Province, lives at No. 85 Shuangcheng Xincun, Taixing City. Her ID number is 320106198302030884 and she graduated from Nanjing Normal University in 2003. (Her hometown is in Taixing. After finishing junior high school, she attended the five-year junior college program at Nanjing Normal University, specifically Class 9812 of the Nanjing Normal University Affiliated Kindergarten Teachers College. That's why her ID card shows Nanjing as her address, which is at Ninghai Road, Nanjing Normal University. She was part of the kindergarten teacher education class of 1998 and graduated in 2003.) She had double eyelid surgery on her eyes and augmentation on her nose, making her a textbook example of an artificially enhanced woman. She has been living in Nanjing for over ten years.

In university, she often borrowed money from classmates and never returned it. She once broke into a roommate's suitcase, stole four hundred yuan, and fled the school. The incident eventually led to the school calling the police, after which her father came from Taixing to Nanjing to pay off her debts. Despite being disciplined by the school, she did not reform and continued to steal others' phones. After graduation, she worked at a guarantee company where she issued private receipts to collect customer security deposits, which she then embezzled.

To different people, she told different stories: to friends who knew her well, she claimed her future husband’s family had high social status and that she was doing well in Nanjing, having bought land to build factories or rent out; to friends she'd known for three or four years, she said her father drove a Mercedes-Benz and lived in a garden villa; at university reunions, she claimed she owned a company and was doing great business; to casual acquaintances, she said she was doing well in her company.

Under various pretexts, such as needing funds for starting a company, company turnover, or lending to clients, she defrauded a total of 2 million yuan from different friends and relatives (including her uncle and aunt). Shockingly, she used the stolen money to frequent two large duck establishments in Nanjing and even allegedly spent lavishly enough to be invited to speak at the third anniversary celebration of one of these places. It is rumored that several male models were also deceived by her and lost about 200,000 yuan each, showing how much money she spent in these entertainment venues.

We, the friends who were defrauded by her, were originally not very familiar with each other or only met occasionally, so we didn't realize until the case broke out that she had been living in a world of lies she herself had woven. The final repayment date was supposed to be October 12, 2007, but Miss Yu Jiajing disappeared overnight.
