Under normal circumstances, after a female enters puberty, the amount of vaginal discharge will increase. There are often transparent and colorless discharges on the underwear. Sometimes it is a cheese-like milky white discharge, sometimes slightly yellow, blood-colored, or brownish, and sometimes with an abnormal smell. This is caused by the secretion of estrogen under the influence of the ovaries, which is medically referred to as leukorrhea.
