Kunming Sees the Appearance of "Condom Head Rope"

Condoms were originally invented for contraception. Today, some small pieces of condom are put on a layer of "sweater" and become hair ties. Recently, some female in Kunming found that some hair ties in the market are made of condoms. Reporters investigated and found that many mid-to high-end bathing places also provide such "condom hair ties" to female customers for free.
