All women of childbearing age who have sexual life should master the method of self-"diagnosis":

1. Stop of menstruation

If menstruation has always been regular, once it is overdue and exceeds 10 days, there may be a possibility of pregnancy. This is the earliest sign of pregnancy. The longer the overdue time, the greater the possibility of pregnancy. If the menstruation stops for more than 2 weeks, it is necessary to go to the hospital to check the cause.

2. Early pregnancy reaction

About 40 days after a woman's menstruation stops, if she is pregnant, she may experience nausea, vomiting, dizziness, fatigue, loss of appetite, craving for sour food, and aversion to greasy food.

3. Frequent urination

Due to the gradually enlarging uterus pressing on the bladder after pregnancy, the frequency of urination increases. However, there are no symptoms of urgency and pain during urination that appear with urinary tract infections.

4. Breast changes

Breast development, enlargement of nipples, darkening of nipples and areolas, appearance of small nodules around the nipples may occur. There may also be breast pain, occasional discharge of a small amount of milk.
